Director of Finance & Accounting
Reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will play a central role as leader of the Accounting and Finance Department. Working with our senior management team, you will be integral to our continued transformation into a regional development and asset management company. Your leadership skills will bring out the best in the finance and accounting team and your superior communication skills will provide the Minto Executive Office and Minto partners with a clear picture of results and outlook. Your financial skills will be applied to modelling our future projects and growth of the division. You have excellent communication abilities along with the ability to succeed in a firm that has a strong growth mandate. A degree/diploma in business administration, commerce or a related discipline together with a CA designation and minimum of 10 years' commercial property accounting experience at a super visor y level are required.
